Help With Getting the Downloads to work on Iphone

Every purchase includes instant digital downloads. Most customers receive their files immediately after checkout by email and on the order confirmation page.
For the best experience, open your download link in Safari. Downloading directly from some email apps or social media browsers may not work correctly.
1. Can I download my files directly to my iPhone?
Yes. Your MP3 and WAV files can be downloaded directly to your iPhone using Safari. Once downloaded, they will be saved in the Files app under your Downloads folder.
2. How do I download my files using Safari?
- Open your download link in the Safari browser.
- Tap and hold the download link.
- Select Download Linked File.
- Wait for the download to finish.
- Open the Files app.
- Go to Browse → Downloads to locate your file.
3. I can't download my files. What should I do?
- Make sure you're using Safari or another browser that supports file downloads.
- Check your internet connection.
- Verify you're using the original download link from your order email.
- Try opening the link in a private Safari window.
- If the download still doesn't work, contact us and we'll help you right away.
4. Where are my downloaded files?
On most Apple devices, your downloads are stored inside the Files app.
- Open Files.
- Select Browse.
- Open the Downloads folder.
5. Can I use another app to manage my downloads?
Yes. If you prefer, you can use apps such as Documents by Readdle to organize and manage your downloaded audio files.
6. My file won't play after downloading.
- Confirm the download completed successfully.
- Try opening the file from the Files app.
- Use a music player that supports MP3 or WAV files.
- If necessary, delete the file and download it again.
7. I purchased WAV files. Why won't they play on my phone?
WAV files are uncompressed studio-quality audio files. Some mobile apps may not support WAV playback. If you're listening on your phone, use the included MP3 version or import the WAV file into compatible music or recording software.
