Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Effective Date: January 9, 2026

All products sold on 20DollarBeats.com are digital downloads (for example: MP3, WAV, stems, and/or license files). Because digital files can be accessed instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is completed.

1) No Returns / No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. Once a file has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be “returned.” For this reason, refunds are not available for digital products.

2) Store Credit or Exchange (Our Good-Faith Option)

We understand mistakes happen. In certain cases, we may offer store credit and/or an exchange for another music file of equal value if available. This is provided as a customer service option and is not a refund.

Examples of when we may help:

  •  You purchased the wrong track by accident (contact us quickly).
  •  You meant to purchase a different license type.
  •  You are having issues opening the file and need a replacement copy.

Examples of when we typically cannot help:

  •  You changed your mind after downloading the file.
  •  You no longer need the beat or project was canceled.
  •  You purchased and then found a different track elsewhere.

3) Download / File Delivery Issues

If you have any trouble downloading, opening, or accessing your files, we will help you get what you purchased. In most cases, we can re-send links, provide a fresh download, or deliver the files another way.

4) Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order twice, contact us right away. If the order is confirmed as a duplicate, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.

5) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital goods may result in:

  •  revoked access to downloads
  •  license deactivation (where applicable)
  •  account restrictions

6) How to Request Help

To request store credit, an exchange, or help accessing your downloads, contact us with:

  •  your order number
  •  the email used at checkout
  •  the name of the product purchased
